Class and Workshop Policies

Unfortunately, we cannot schedule classes around individual schedules. Please be sure that you can attend all classes in a session before you sign up. Missed classes can not be made up or refunded.

Should we cancel a class, all registration fees will be refunded.

In the event a student should need to cancel a registration with 1 week's notice, we will credit the fee toward a future class.

Shipping

Orders place through the website will be shipped via USPS, Priority, within 2 business days, credit cards are not charged until the item is shipped. If you need to rush the shipment, please specify that in the "Special Requests" section on the Shopping Cart, and we will do our best to accomodate you.

Merchandise Returns

We want you to be happy with our merchandise! If you should find a purchase to not meet your expectations, please contact us to arrange a full refund if returned within 30 days, unopened.

Of course, defective merchandise will be replaced at our cost, once we received the defective items.

Please contact us to make arrangements in the event you wish to return something.

We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors.

The information you provide is used to fulfill you specific request. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example to add you to one of our mailing lists.

When you contact us via the Contact Form the only way we can respond to an email is by replying to the email address you supply when filling out the contact form. The "from" email that comes to us is from this website, so please take care to make sure that the email address you supply is the correct one for us to use to send a response.
